At The Swan Group, our leadership development initiative has been fundamental in enhancing leadership skills and fostering a commitment to ongoing improvement among our leaders.
This month, our focus has been centered on giving difficult feedback effectively.
Bringing together leaders from Swan Brothers, Swan Earthmovers, Swan Agri, and Coorong Realty, a total of 11 leaders are actively participating in this initiative.
Partnering with Leading Teams, a renowned organisation specialising in cultivating high-performance teams and leaders. Through their tailored programs designed to elevate team performance, leadership capabilities, and foster cultural change across organisations throughout Australia.
Leading Teams will run 10 full days of interactive workshops spread out over a 10-month period. We've already started to see significant advancements in our leaders' abilities.
Through our collaboration with Leading Teams, we're dedicated to advancing our leadership abilities, ultimately contributing to the development of exceptional workplaces.
