With seven years of experience under his belt, Luke plays a vital role in coordinating, delivering, and supporting various business, IT, and finance operations across the group.
He ensures smooth operations and assists wherever needed, making him a valuable asset to the Swan Group.

S – If you could Swap jobs with anyone on the team for a day, who would it be and why?
I would just like to try and be a Spreader Driver for the day. I haven’t got the experience to drive a spreader yet and I think it would be cool to try.
W – Who deserves the Workplace MVP this month?
Jack Kluske, because his leadership at Swan Earthmovers has been outstanding and how he has taken on the new KPI’s for 2024.
A – If you had an Anthem, what song would it be?
At the moment I listen to a fair bit of country. So Boys Back Home by Dylan Marlowe & Dylan Scott.
N – What is the Nuttiest thing that happened this month?
Swan Brothers have fully Implemented Swan Brothers Office which is a new system that works alongside Tabula that helps us with our spreading operation.
G – If you were Given the opportunity to have dinner with someone famous who would it be and why?
Lebron James a famous basketball player who also has his own school where everyone attends for free. He also gives back to his community. He is a great role model for America and I would love to catch up with him and talk to him about everything basketball and how he got to where he is.
R – What’s the most Ridiculous item on your bucket list?
Attend all 4 major sports in America, go watch a game of NBA (National Basketball Association), NHL (National Hockey League), NFL (National Football League), MLB (Major League Baseball).
O – If our team was stranded in the Outback, who would be the survival expert and why?
Merv Clark because he has spun me enough stories that it sounds like he's just about done everything as well as get lost in the outback. He would either get you through it or he would spin you enough stories you would forget you are even stranded.
U – What’s an Unforgettable moment you’ve had in your career?
Changing my job roles, I went from being a Property Manager at Coorong Realty to then expanding into Group Services Manager across the whole Swan Group. The best part has been getting to know quite a lot of different people that I knew on a personal level beforehand, but now have a working relationship with. Also gaining an understanding of what all the other businesses do.
P – If our team had a Production what would the title be and who would play you?
The title would be The Swan Group because I think we are going to be big enough that one day there is going to be a play about us. The actor who would play me is Rupert Grint (Ron Weasley in Harry Potter).
