This month, get to know Jack Kluske, the Operations Manager at Swan Earthmovers. Jack started his journey with The Swan Group at Swan Brothers, where he started as a spreader operator and truck driver.
In January 2022, Jack was promoted to Swan Earthmovers Operation Manager. Jack bought his strong background in heavy machinery and earthworks to this new role.
Jack is responsible for maintaining and coordinating operations at the pits, on job sites and provides leadership to the crew. Jack is your first point of contact for project enquiries and availability.

S – If you could Swap jobs with anyone on the team for a day, who would it be and why? One of the boys on the road crew because I like working in a team and enjoy having good banter with the boys.
W – Who deserves the Workplace MVP this month?
Graham Thompson because I love his attitude towards work at the moment, he is always upbeat and having fun at work.
A – If you had an Anthem, what song would it be?
Eye of the Tiger by Survivor because I have a real drive to grow Swan Earthmovers as a business.
N – What is the Nuttiest thing that happened this month?
I was helping out the Swan Brothers team delivering fertiliser and I dropped my phone in an auger and into a field bin.
G – If you were Given the opportunity to have dinner with someone famous who would it be and why?
I am not into fighting much but I think it would be Conor McGregor just because of his story, where he’s come from and how he’s got to where he is now.
R – What’s the most Ridiculous item on your bucket list?
I have always wanted to travel around Australia on a Harley.
O – If our team was stranded in the Outback, who would be the survival expert and why? Definitely Graham because he's an old farm hand and he can get himself out of anything.
U – What’s an Unforgettable moment you’ve had in your career?
Having 3 trucks bogged at once in a swamp at Brad Fischer’s when I was spreading for Swan Brothers.
P – If our team had a Production what would the title be and who would play you?
It would be called 'Lifting Limestone' and the person who would play me is Boris Johnson because he’s a bit of a look alike.
